Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days after customers receive the goods. Products must be kept in original, undamaged packaging without installation. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. If items arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects, please provide clear photos within 7 days upon delivery, we will arrange replacement or partial refund accordingly. Custom-made products are non-refundable.
